The company was established in 2004 with the purpose of offering consulting services in the construction industry and similar related areas; it also represents multinational companies in Mexico. In this field, we have worked on projects verifying th technical and administrative progress, in order to ensure proper implementation of regulations while obtaining financial yields, as well as conducting technical audits of the quality of the work performed.

In 2008 the company started working in projects dealing with infraestructure, thus creating a new division inside the company for this sector.

In 2010 the company accquired a contract to perform third party mediation in the reconfiguration of Mexico’s most important oil & gas complex, The Lazaro Cardenas Refinery in Minatitlan, Veracruz. In this contract we provided comprenhensive solutions in areas of controversy between the contractors and PEMEX, so that the plant was able to reestablish operations in 2011.

In 2013 we created Grupo Maxima USA in Houston, TX with the purpose to provide better representative services for our multinational clients.
